Raclette

The wonderful Morgan's introduced us to this foreign meal. Barrett served an LDS mission in France/Switzerland and was fed the local fare, and lucky for us, he brought it stateside.

The adequate plate has every type of meat, some potatoes, one bubbling hot slice of Raclette cheese.
Cantaloupe is a deliciously cool side.
This is the Raclette cheese in all it's glory, as it is prepared to be placed on the 'Swissmar'
